Your Responsibilities

As a visitor to this website, you agree to behave in a manner that is consistent with generally agreed-upon business practices. You understand that you are purchasing a non-transferable license that grants you the right to present specific videos in a venue of your choice.  You are not purchasing the videos themselves – neither the files nor the video streams – nor do you have the right to resell them without permission of Digital Chaotics.  You agree that any videos you receive are for your use only:

  • for visual music pieces tied to specific musical works (DomeArts), the license is for a single physical venue, and may not be copied or otherwise transmitted for presentation at other venues
  • for video-only pieces of one minute or longer (DomeSavers), the license is for a single physical venue, and may not be copied or otherwise transmitted for presentation at other venues
  • for video-only pieces of less than one minute (DomeLoops), the license is for a single performer, and may be used in many locations, so long as there is only one physical copy in use at any given moment

If you delete or otherwise lose an item that you’ve purchased, then we will be happy to provide a replacement.

You agree that any items you receive will remain under your control at all times, and will not be duplicated except as needed to support movement to playback systems and for archival purposes (e.g., for recovery after equipment failure).  Please note that items sold here are digitally watermarked in a way that is not erasable, is unique to each sale, and can be traced back to the original purchaser (see “steganography”).  If any items are found to be in the possession of an unauthorized individual or entity, and they are identified as purchased by you, then it will treated it as redistribution by you without our permission, and we will demand full compensation for each unit item found to have been distributed.

We do not accept returned products, for any reason.  We do not permit product exchanges, for any reason. We consider our products to have been “consumed” the instant they are delivered.
