Downloading any file from this website constitutes a confirmation of your agreement that you comply with each of the following statements:

Note that U.S. export law is being used only as a guide. Digital Chaotics products are not sold from U.S. soil, and consequently the products are not “exported” from the U.S. It’s just that the U.S. has good rules around who we do and don’t want using Digital Chaotics products, so we’re applying them here.
